Individual Counseling
Individual counseling is the most beneficial way you can work on yourself. A personal therapist will walk with you through a stressful stage of life and offer you support and guidance. We offer you a safe place to talk through the challenges and the security of confidentiality.
Marriage Counseling
When life's trails attempt to break down the marriage bond, we want you to turn toward experienced and compassionate therapists. Newly married couples and those married for several decades are not always able to support and understand each other. Our therapists understand how scary marriage counseling can be and will gently bring you and your spouse to a place of healing.
Family Counseling
Most families are inclined to use unhealthy forms of avoidance, ambivalence or tolerance to get through difficult times. Unhealthy patterns become more challenging to change the longer we wait. Our therapists support the family's healthy new pattern. Growing closer through understand would be a goal during family counseling.
Children and Teen Counseling
Children between the ages of 5-18 are serviced at Above and Beyond Counseling Services. We believe therapists offer a safe place talk and provide practical tools for success and happiness. Several therapist in our practice work specifically with children and teens to help them manage their anxiety, depression, and general stress. We also work along side of parents to support you through classes and education.
Support Groups
Many clients feel alone and rarely talk about their struggles to friends or family fearing they will not be understood. Our groups provide support in a nonjudgmental community of others who have “been there, done that” and are willing to connect. We often hear that groups make our clients feel normal. In-Person & Social Distance Counseling
At Above and Beyond Counseling Services, we understand that offering our services in a safe and convenient way is important. Our therapists are now offering counseling services through on-line options. We offer a HIPAA compliant option to receive services from the privacy of your home or over a lunch break at the office. Although we believe that in-person sessions are the most beneficial, we feel that this option offers a flexible way to receive services.
Telehealth services can be offered to any location in Georgia.
